Mattress Warranty Information
All our mattresses are brand new and come with a FULL manufacturer’s warranty (unless stated otherwise). If you ever experience an issue with your mattress, we’re here to make the process as easy and painless as possible.
Simply give us a call, and we will guide you through the warranty process. This may include taking pictures or arranging a quick inspection at your home to determine the exact issue with your mattress. Once your warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, we will promptly arrange for a repair or, in most cases, exchange your mattress for a new one (depending on the issue). Please note that manufacturers not cover the delivery of a repaired or replacement mattress.
