Marshall & Aireloom Shipping
We’re proud to offer Free Canada-Wide Shipping on all Marshall and Aireloom mattresses. These premium mattresses are delivered using a freight service that specializes in large-item delivery. Here’s what you need to know about the process:
Local Customers
If your delivery address is within 100KM of one of our stores, you qualify as a local customer and enjoy Free White Glove Delivery. This premium service includes:
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Full setup of your new mattress
- Removal of up to three pieces (mattresses or box springs only) for recycling
If you need more than three pieces removed, there is an additional charge of $35 per piece. Please note that our recycling partner is unable to accept furniture, so we can only remove mattresses and box springs.
Non-Local Customers
For customers outside the 100KM range, your mattress will be delivered using a freight service, which specializes in large-item deliveries. Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the carrier will deliver your mattress to the curb at your address but cannot bring it inside your home.
Given the size and weight of Marshall and Aireloom mattresses, we recommend arranging for assistance or hiring a local mover for setup. These high-quality mattresses are heavier than standard models, so please ensure you have the necessary help or equipment ready upon delivery.
Wait Times
While we do keep some mattresses in stock, most are ordered directly from the manufacturer. If you’d like to confirm our stock before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks for the mattress to arrive from the manufacturer.
- Local customers can expect delivery shortly after we receive your mattress.
- Non-local customers will receive their delivery within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
Remote or Non-Metro Area Deliveries
While we strive to provide free shipping across Canada, certain remote locations or areas outside major metropolitan centres may incur additional shipping fees. If you’re in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and any applicable costs. Unfortunately, there are some locations we may not be able to ship to.
Exclusions for Non-Local Orders
Non-local mattress purchases are excluded from our Mattress Comfort Exchange program. However, rest assured that your mattress will still be covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, we are unable to offer mattress recycling for non-local deliveries.
